Reshaping, softening, adding volume, slimming the face, and contouring the jawline is the goal of the AIREM customized V-face treatment. These series of treatments, both non-surgical and surgical, are unique to you and can include a combination of injectables, filler, threads, liposuction, surgical procedures, and/or buccal fat removal, designed to achieve a sharp and angled appearance to the lower third of the face. These customized treatments reduce excess fat in the midface, under and around your chin and tighten the fine lines and wrinkles around your mouth (jowls), chin and neck.

When can I expect to see results?
Depending on treatment, results are immediate and continue to improve over 2-6 weeks after treatment.
Is there any downtime?
For the non-surgical options, no to minimal downtime. Bruising and tenderness may occur at the treated areas for a few days after treatment. For certain surgical options, 2-4 weeks of tenderness, mild swelling and bruising.
What does the treatment feel like?
Using topical or localized numbing to light anesthesia, we ensure every procedure is comfortable for our patients. AIREM clinicians conduct surgical procedures on-site in our state-of-the-art, full accredited private surgical suite.
How frequently should I get this service?
Depending on the procedure, some results are permanent and others may require annual maintenance.
- Avoid blood thinners, such as aspirin or ibuprofen a few days leading up to your treatment to help minimize bruising.
- To ensure optimal results from your treatment, we recommend using The Recovery Ritual Kit for 5 days post treatment. This Kit includes Canvas gentle cleanser, Chrysalis arnica blossom recovery gel, and Cocoon healing balm.
